All original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories must be included.

Return Process

Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a pickup whenever possible.

In case of a delay or difficulty in arranging the pickup, the customer may directly dispatch the parcel to our designated warehouse.

After dispatching the parcel, the customer must share the courier tracking number with our support team for verification and tracking purposes.
Inspection & Approval
Once the returned item is received, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If approved, the return will be processed accordingly.
